Why we exist

Combining engineering excellence with the mission to save lives

Current Challenge

The widespread use of FPV drones in the Ukraine conflict has significantly changed tactical warfare and made conventional MedEvac missions much more difficult. Precision strikes on evacuation vehicles lead to high losses of medical personnel and equipment, as well as interruptions in the ROLE-1 rescue chain. The 'golden hour' is effectively no longer achievable. Evacuation times are increasing to hours or even days, which triples the mortality rate compared to recent conflicts. Unmanned ground-based rescue systems have the potential to compensate for these shortcomings, but so far they have hardly been used effectively in the field. Previously available platform solutions for various applications have existential technical weaknesses in the most demanding case of efficient evacuation and are mostly too expensive.

Vision

In order to save lives, there is an urgent need for a fast, robust and off-road capable unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) for multiple casualties, with light ballistic protection and intelligent, semi-autonomous control and navigation functions. These requirements are complemented by equally important economic characteristics such as low unit costs, high scalability and operational availability. This will enable widespread deployment along the line of contact and significantly reduce evacuation times, while greatly increasing the protection of patients and medical personnel.

Our Solution

The newly developed system is based on a chain-driven unmanned ground vehicle (UGV), whose design draws on innovative insights from helicopter and tank engineering, combined with firsthand practical experience gained in the front-line areas of Ukraine.

The scientific foundation for the product's critical key factors was established through a master-thesis, in the study of Emergency and Crises Management, titled:
"Efficient Employment of Robotic and Autonomous Systems for Evacuation (RASEvac) in Complex Tactical Conflict Scenarios. A Constellation Analysis Based on Expert Interviews with Practical Reference to the War in Ukraine"

Our solution will soon be ready to be fully presented

The death-rate in Ukraine today is as high as in WW II. We are here to change that.

Fast and safe evacuation in the toughest of circumstances.
